哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 黑龙江东方学院本科毕业设计 - PAGE XII - - PAGE I- 大型清雪机结构设计 摘 要 此论文较为详细的说明了大型清雪机的结构设计和工作原理;接着论述了螺旋铲的结构设计并对其中一些重要零件进行了校核计算;然后是对减速器的设计与计算,提出了多种种传动方案,并论证了各自的优缺点,最终选择了一种较理想的传动方案,并对此方案进行了设计与计算;本文通过对螺旋铲的结构设计及计算,确定了螺旋铲各部分结构及尺寸;通过对传动方案的提出及优缺点分析,确定了减速器的传动件结构,由传动零件的设计及计算可知,此清雪机构的传动装置具有结构简单、紧凑,效率高,噪声小,成本低,工作可靠等优点;通过对旋抛机的结构设计及计算,确定了旋抛机的各部分结构及尺寸。 最后对本设计的可行性进行了分析。本清雪车的结构比较简单,能够很好的完成清雪任务。由于该清雪车结构中大量采用了标准件,故此清雪车制造和维修保养都比较方便;除此之外,清雪车的其它零部件也大都采用了型钢和一些价格较便宜的常用材料,因此,此清雪车的制造成本不会很高,而且维修保养的费用也很低。由于此清雪车的传动机构采用了斜齿轮和锥齿轮传动,且传动件的加工精度比较高,故传动效率很高,功率损失小,节约了能源;另外,由于采用了齿轮传动,所以清雪车工作时噪音很低,符合环保要求。 关键词:清雪机结构;螺旋铲;旋抛机 Design of Large Snow-clearing Machine Abstract Using the unmixed snow-clearing of machinery to substitute for man-made snow-clearing being that we hope, this thesis has carried on detailed analysis and demonstration to the snow-clearing machine that my designed. The major work parts of this snow-clearing machine are rotary throwing snow plough,deceleration parachute and rotary spiral shovel. The necessity and urgency of snow-clearing machine of design firstly expounded in this thesis. Then has discussed the structure design of rotary spiral shovel and calculates to the key parts .Then is design and calculation of deceleration parachute,and has puts forward 4 kinds of transmission schemes to the deceleration parachute, has mentioned in the same breath to have proved each the most excellent and shortcoming, finally selected one kind the ideal transmission scheme, and has been in progress designing to this scheme and calculates. Next the rotary throwing snow plough has carried on design and calculations. The analysis finally has been in progress to feasible It is knowable with calculation to pass through the analysis of detail, the snow-clearing machine design scheme is feasible, the structure design is reasonably, and the economy satisfies the requirement with environmental prot
